As such, an appraiser with long experience in the valuation of hospitality properties is necessary for a reliable opinion of value. Our firm specializes in the appraisal of vacant land. In order to appraise any kind of commercially zoned real estate, a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser is required, a qualification held by each and every one of our experienced real estate appraisers.
